This is an ideal location. Shopping Mall eating and freeway access are all with in a 1 mile radius. You can drive to Convention center airport or casino's in less than 10 minutes. This is an upstairs apartment. The walls are well insulated very little noise when trying to sleep day or night. Any issues or concerns were delt with al.ost immediately by property manager

The host was very responsive to messages. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no kitchen towels, rags, or dish soap, so we just bought some to use while there. It worked well for our stay! Thank you!

This was the worst Vrbo I ever rented. The first two days I was getting locked out by the code on the door so I asked for a key and she gave me a key fob. Then I was gone for two days and when I came back, the black fridge was broken and a note was put on it saying it was broken, but that note was not there when I first left. The food that I put in the freezer and fridge to save money was all defrosted and gross that I had to throw it away. Then she put a new fridge in at 8pm when she was supposed to come earlier. And I had food to go in the fridge again. And she told me that the power will be out the next day from 8am -5pm due to the apartment complex maintenance at 10pm the night before . I asked her for a cooler and ice and she said no. It’s not her fault that the apartment is doing maintenance. I said she didn’t tell me that and I have food to go in the fridge again and she told me at 10 at night and I have no way of getting a cooler and ice at that time. I also had to buy a pot because the pot she has are Teflon and are very badly scratched and her cooking utensils had food stuck to it so I bought cooking utensils as well. It was so frustrating being there that I ended up only staying for one week and I left early. you can only wash four pieces of clothing at a time so I had to do laundry twice a day every day. Place smelled musty too

We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. you cant use door code access was resolved by providing a key fob as soon as you informed us. Regarding the refrigerator, it unexpectedly stopped working. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, appliance failures can happen without warning, The scheduled power outage was mandated by NVenergy company for building maintenance, and we notified you as soon as we received the notice ourselves. This was outside of our control. Regarding the cookware and utensils, if you informed us we would have gladly replaced any item that did not meet your expectations. The washer is a compact apartment-sized unit, as clearly shown in the listing, and while it accommodates smaller loads than a full-size machine, it functions properly. Throughout your stay, we responded promptly to your messages and worked to resolve every issue as quickly as possible. We always strive to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and appreciate all feedback that helps us improve.

The property is a bit dated but it fit our needs. Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom is nice and large. Location is good. Having a covered parking spot was nice. Host was helpful at checkin and gave clear information.
