Beautifully renovated first floor beachside condo at The Diplomat. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Cocoa Beach. Safe, friendly, quiet, peaceful and convenient to shops and dining and a short drive to Disney and the Kennedy Space Center. Just a few steps to the beach, pool (heated in the winter) tennis courts and BBQ area. This is an exceptional unit that has been totally renovated with a soft coastal vibe. There is a 55” TV in the living room and 40” TV in the bedroom for your enjoyment. Also, full size washer and dryer, stove with air fryer, coffee makers, ceiling fans in all rooms, walk in shower, queen beds, beach chairs and all linens and towels supplied. Living room couch is recliner (electric) on both ends. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook a wonderful meal. Just 1 mile south of Ron Jon’s!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip beds. Leave all wet towels in shower. Keys and parking pass left on counter and single key in lockbox. Remove all food items and garbage. Fans left on and A/C set at 78.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
