The upper level offers an amazng 1200sf great room, complete with an 85" TV and seating for a large family, as well as a dining area, kitchenette, and half bathroom. The completely renovated lower level offers 3 bedrooms (4 beds), a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious full bathroom with laundry.

Conveniently located just off Route 6 and 2 miles from I-395, you’ll have easy access to the quiet corner, Providence, Worcester, etc.

3 partners purchase this gorgeous building in 2023 after it had been abandoned as a church. It was in very rough shape so we spent 2 years and a lot of money making into a home and gathering place.
