Edgar was very quick to respond to all my inquiries. We stayed here for the weekend. We had eight in our party. We had ample room/beds. The house was very clean and the pictures on website are accurate. There was ample parking. Easy access on and off 395. There are three small things I am going to mention, there were no washcloths (I normally bring loofahs but forgot them) so we had to run to Walmart. The pillows are thin and you would need to use at least two for a comfortable sleep (I always bring my family's pillows with us when we travel). Some of the mattresses were alittle to firm for our party. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back next year is home/apartment is avaliable.

Unsafe and creepy- Would not recommend

My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time. I’ve since reported this and am brining legal action due to the injuries and negligence involved. I have also contacted the town to have an inspector evaluate the property for code violations and safety hazard, which I strongly believe exist throughout. This was not just a disappointing stay- it was a disturbing and dangerous one. Despite all this, we left the apartment spotless. I even brought our own plastic plates and utensils to avoid any mess. We were expecting 10 people but only 9 showed up. Shockingly, after the stay, the host had the audacity to request more money for so called damages, damages that absolutely never happened. It felt like an attempt to take advantage after a traumatic experience. This rental was not only disappointing, it was dangerous, spooky, and poorly managed. I strongly urge others to stay far away from this listing.
A teenager felt thru and injured her legs.

Response from VrboOwner on 8 May 2025
The guest booked my property to host a party for their son, which turned out to be highly disruptive and inappropriate. Had Yasmin disclosed in advance that the event would involve underage drinking and smoking, I would have declined the booking entirely. Following the stay, my cleaning team reported multiple damages. These included a broken trampoline belonging to my children, unauthorized access to a private closet, several broken locked cabinets, and a missing light switch cover. The property was left in an unacceptable condition, requiring extended cleaning hours at my expense—costs the guest refused to acknowledge or compensate. Additionally, the guest failed to check out on time, leaving insufficient time to prepare the property for the next reservation. My neighbors reported excessive noise, and one minor reportedly vomited in the backyard. Alcohol bottles were found throughout the property, with furniture and bed linens stained as a result. Significant damage was also noted to the deck, which is constructed from high-quality treated timber and stainless steel fittings. It is regularly maintained and free of structural defects or hazards. The damage appears to have been caused by excessive weight and misuse during the party. Given the extent of the property misuse, disregard for house rules, and lack of accountability, I would strongly advise against hosting this guest.
