Villa Masaka

Villa Kamasa is a breathtakingly beautiful contemporary style house positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar bay. This fabulous 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house enjoys breath-taking views across the bay to the islands. The villa is approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 10 minute downhill walk to the sea and the nearest beach club.

From the parking space at the back of the villa, steps take you down to the front entrance. On entering the villa the amazing view fills the entire panorama.

On the entrance level of the villa is a completely open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with a wall of concertina doors opening up the full front of the property onto the decked pool terrace. On this floor you will also fine a separate utility room, wc, bedroom with one double and one single bed, sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace and a beautiful ensuite shower room with wet room style shower.

A flight of stairs takes you up to the first floor. On this floor there are 3 further beautiful large ensuite bedrooms all with spectacular views of the bay. Two rooms have double beds and the 3rd has two small doubles.

One more flight of stairs takes you up to the rooftop ‘Master Bedroom’ with its own private roof terrace and ‘disappearing’ glass doors which, when open at night, mean you can almost sleep under the stars.

Back down stairs on the pool terrace level there is a bespoke infinity pool with separate jacuzzi, sun decks with double beds and sun loungers, comfy seating areas and a shaded alfresco dining room with stone BBQ. Also for the more energetic there is an outside table tennis table.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with Internet TV (all UK, European & US channels including skysports), DVD player, large flat screen, wifi, ipod docking station and security CCTV system.
