This stunning contemporary style house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.

You enter the villa via a flight of steps down from the quiet road behind. On this entrance floor is a large open plan strikingly furnished living room and beautiful fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar. On this floor is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, shower room and wc and a large bedroom (twin) with ensuite shower room.

The living room and bedroom have big sliding doors which frame the breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay. The doors open onto an exceptionally large pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, comfy seating, outside dining table, stone BBQ and a spectacular infinity pool. There is a large retractable awning providing plenty of shade when required.

On the first floor are two ‘master’ bedrooms both with sumptuous 2m double beds and large ensuite shower rooms (one with wet room and bath). Both double rooms have sliding doors opening onto a magnificent balcony. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite and balcony. The fourth bedroom on this floor also has twin beds but no ensuite. The additional shower room on the ground floor can be used as the dedicated bathroom for guests occupying this bedroom.

Take a further flight of stairs to the top floor of the house where you will find a beautiful 6th bedroom suite and a spectacular roof terrace furnished with comfy sofas and a traditional Turkish seating platform area. Perfect for watching the sun sink over the mountains or for watching the crystal clear night sky. The is also a wc on this floor.

The villa is equipped with a DVD player and large flat screen, together with music system.
