Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival
While the spa is in use, the pool temporarily pauses heating and resumes automatically afterward.

While The Adler invites laughter, lounging, and poolside glamour, it is not a party house. Respectful guests ensure everyone, neighbors included, enjoys the quiet charm of Racquet Club Estates.

Please Leave The Walls Out of It
The Adler's interiors and grounds are a carefully curated environment, and we ask that you enjoy them as you find them. No decorations may be affixed to any surface, indoors or out, including tape, adhesives, hooks, clips, or any other means of attachment. Glitter is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Should damage to any painted or other surface be found upon checkout, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of repainting or repairing the entire affected area, not merely a touch-up. We appreciate your care in preserving the space for guests to come.

Noise & Music
No outdoor music at any time (including Bluetooth speakers and phones)
Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM
Violations may result in a $250 City fine, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of rental payment
To maintain neighborhood peace, monitored noise sensors are installed indoors and outdoors. They measure decibel levels only, never audio, and do not record.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
No unregistered visitors at any time
Primary renter must be 25 or older

Absolutely Not Allowed
No pets (we adore them, but The Adler’s design and finishes do not)
No parties or large gatherings
No smoking anywhere on the property (a $1,000 fee applies for violations)
No décor attachments (signs, balloons, tape, etc.)
No glitter
No clowns, mimes, or strippers. Yes, really.

Personal photography and social media sharing are welcome, but commercial shoots require prior written approval. Protect the vibe, protect the house, and keep it fabulous.

Graceful Goodbyes | Check-Out & Late Departures

Departures should be as graceful as arrivals. Check-out is by 11 AM unless otherwise approved in advance.
Approved late check-outs may incur a fee up to half the daily lodging rate
Non-approved late check-outs are charged two times the daily high-season rate plus taxes, as well as any costs incurred to relocate arriving guests
Charges are applied at the owner’s discretion.

Peace of Mind | Safety, Damages & Liability

The Adler is a cherished home. Guests are expected to treat it as such, with care, respect, and a little desert reverence.
Guests assume responsibility for personal safety and belongings during their stay
The owners are not liable for accidents, illness, or loss
Excessive damage or rule violations may result in deposit forfeiture and additional charges
The home may not be used for any unlawful activity

The City of Palm Springs requires all registered guests to provide:
Full name, age, and address
A copy of a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking
