There are a total of four units on this property. This is a duplex with 1 shared wall between the two units. Outdoor seating area is shared with next door tenants.

Everything in this bungalow was new, clean, and nice. The location is excellent, with restaurants, Sunday farmer’s market, and parks all within walking distance, plus parking!
