A 1/1 bedroom with living room, full kitchen and private bathroom. This unit is located in the first floor. Great Location only 2 blocks from beautiful Deerfield Beach and many restaurants, bars and the beach all within walking distance. This unit has a Queen sized bed in the bedroom and sofa that pulls out to a Queen size bed.

Beach towels, Umbrella, cooler large & small, picnic bag, beach chairs, beach cart provided.

LaudryRoom Located in the back of the building and it accept credit cards payment. (3 Washer & 5 dryers)

Pool Open from Dust till dawn.
