A 1/1 bedroom with living room, full kitchen and private bathroom. Great Location only 2 blocks from beautiful Deerfield Beach and many restaurants, bars and the beach all within walking distance. This unit has a Queen sized bed in the bedroom and sofa that pulls out to a Queen size bed.

The unit has a shared heated pool as well as a hot tub that you are welcome to use. In addition to the pool there is also a coin operated laundry machine on the premises that you are welcome to use.

Great place!

After 15 years I was finally able to get my hubby to take a vacation without the kids. Needless to say he wasn't excited at first but at the end of our 5 night stay he said he wished we had 2 more days. A great location, good restaurants, warm weather, in a clean and comfortable place really helped with that outcome. I highly recommend this place if you want something other than a hotel.

Wonderful stay

Loved this Condo! In great location- near everything Walking distance to beach. Complex has a heated pool.Condo has everything you could possibly want -beach chairs, Keurig, plates, dishes, 2 TVS. etc. Bathroom has a heat lamp which is very nice after a shower! Front door lock gave us some issues but Owner very responsive and helpful- and they changed the lock. We had a great stay, would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This is a great place and a wonderful location. The kitchen is nicely stocked and included and automatic ice maker and blue ice for the coolers. Umbrellas, chairs, sand proof beach blanket, and cart to transport things back and forth. Todd was very responsive when we text. There was AC in the bedroom and the main area so nice and cool. Ceiling fans too. Lots of plug ins. Two large TVs with Roku. Everything was just perfect for us three ladies on a girls trip. We would stay here again. We had groceries delivered - easy peasy. Highly recommend Bob’s Pizza, Caps place ( Uber ride- 6 miles) historical place known for famous visitors and to die for crab cakes ( and our waitress was from Maryland). And JB’s on the beach. Flanigans was good too as was the gelato store next to the pizza / Italian place. There is a 7-11 and a wings souvenir shop very close along with several other shops on up the street on the way to the beach. Beach Water was warm, clear and fairly shallow so you could go out quite a ways and just be up to your waist. This is right near the Deerfield beach pier ( you can rent equipment and fish off if you would like). Overall just a great place. More or a family/ retired/ middle aged crowd so great for low key and relaxing. Plenty of bars around but we didn’t see anyone that was overdoing it.

This property was perfect for us. Location is 2 blocks from the pier/beach with restaurants walking distance away. Relaxing get away. Nice touch having beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler available for use.

Nice Place!

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. There were many amenities and it was centrally located to Deerfield Beach activities being a very short stroll. We would definitely stay there again!

Deerfield beach getaway

Perfect for one or two people. Walk to beach. Walk to bars and restaurants. No dishwasher which is a bummer. Great property manager!
