Being 75 sq meters and 3,2 km from the sea, the house is located on a hill overlooking the Messinian Bay. The condo itself is part of a bigger building with 3 neighboring condos and 2 small guest rooms each having their own private balconies and common but private garden and parking. The small estate is at the end of the village and in between olive tree orchards. The house has a new country style decoration with plenty of commodities including AC in all rooms, TV, DVD, free WiFi and a fully equipped gas stove kitchen. A common laundry is provided for all residents.
