The main level features an open concept living area with oversized couches, leather chairs, a flat screen TV, soundbar, and a crackling fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and plenty of counter space. There's even a coffee station and wine fridge in the wet bar that are easily accessible from the living room! Dine with mountain views at the easy bar height table with seating for four, the dining room table with room for 10, or simply pull up to one of four breakfast bar stools and chat with the chef. Looking to dine al fresco? Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private patio overlooking the tranquil pond, complete with an outdoor dining area, a fire pit with additional seating, and a private hot tub for unwinding after a day full of adventure. The backyard also offers direct access to the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail, the ideal spot for a morning stroll or sunset walk.
