You are literally ’on the rocks’ overlooking Little Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. The breezes were incomparable. The porch is where you’ll spend all of your time. Meals were all fresco every day and expect some curious visitors (native birds) to fly in and say hi. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Up on the rocks! The house was laid out very nice and the view was great!

My husband and I really enjoyed the house . It has all the amenities you need and the views from deck were great . We even cooked dinner twice during our stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Up on the Rocks is lovely, with comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and nicely-landscaped grounds. The property manager, Henry, was responsive and friendly. Terrific view. The driveway is very steep and takes some getting used to.

Luxury with an amazing view!

My husband and I have stayed on the island six times, and this by far was the best place we've stayed! Everything was immaculate. It's only five minutes from town. The owners were amazing to work with and super responsive to all our questions. We will certainly stay here again!
