This modern 650 sq ft apartment is perfectly located in the stunning West Animas Valley, just 10 minutes from downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort. Designed for relaxation and adventure, The Nest offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, river activities, and all the local restaurants and shops Durango is known for.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy contemporary space featuring a gas fireplace, a plush down sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer—everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom includes a dreamy king-size bed with soft linens for a restful night after a day of exploring.

Step out onto your private deck to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or grilling with beautiful mountain views. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a ski weekend, or a long, quiet recharge, The Nest is the ideal home base for year-round Durango adventures.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Gas fireplace is temporarily unavailable.

Before booking, please note: guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid credit card for a $300 security hold. The hold is placed prior to check-in and released after checkout if no damage is reported.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets unless explicitly stated in listing. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
