About this property

Great location for gatherings up to 18 or more with onsite RV hookup.

Enjoy three cabins and 3 full bathrooms on 24 acres of oak and hickory forest close to Berkeley Springs, WV. Our cabins boast sleeping for 18. You are minutes away from Cacapon State Park, with refreshing lake swimming and some of the finest mountain biking trails in the Appalachians. When home, enjoy our new wood-fired hot tub, three fire pits, two BBQ grills, and plenty of space for walk in the woods. Pets are welcome for a full-family getaway.

Hosts are not onsite, but reachable through the app or by telephone. Property managers are nearby to deal with any problems that may arise.

Guests have access to everything at Timber Ridge Retreat.

Tiber Ridge Retreat consists of 2 cabins with heat/ac (sleeping space for 12), an RV Hook up site, and 3 bathrooms and a laundry room in the bath house on 24 acres of forest. Wood-Fired Hot Tub! In addition there are three fire pits, a gas grill, charcoal gril/smoker, corn hole, and disc golf baskets.

Timber Ridge Retreat is 5 miles from Cacapon State Park, 3.5 Miles from the Morgan County Observatory, and 11 Miles from Berkeley Springs. There is ample free parking on site.

This is forest location. The cabins are treated regularly by a local pest control service and are thoroughly cleaned and swept after each guest. Nevertheless, bugs still manage to find their way in.

The owners were such a pleasure to work with and made the process extremely easy. The only thing was I thought the headline was misleading. It said 5 bedrooms when there was really 3. That could been a problem but wasn't for me. Other than that I couldn't be happier with the host and the property, I would definitely stay there again!!
