Spacious and comfortable home in Otis. Relax on the wraparound porch or screened in patio while enjoying the peace and quiet of the woods. Spend an evening grilling, looking at the stars and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.
Close to walking trails, snowmobile trails, golf (Blandford Country Club 7 miles), skiing (Otis Ridge 4.5 miles and Butternut 17 miles), arts (Tanglewood 22 miles) and more. Walking distance to the local general store and restaurant (Knox Train Inn).
Minutes from Tolland State Forest and Otis Reservoir’s public beach. Bring your boat and use the boat ramp one mile from the house.
The home is nestled in the woods and is a great place to unwind and relax. On the first floor there is a half bath and a very comfortable open floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen with a large table to seat everyone. A laundry room is available for use on the first floor as well.
Three large bedrooms are on the second floor as well as a full bathroom with a tub and shower. In the finished basement there is a set of bunk beds and a twin bed for extra sleeping space for 3 guests. A second full bathroom with tub and shower is on the basement level. The home is not handicap accessible and the bedrooms are all on the second floor.
There are ring doorbells and security cameras on the outside of the home.
