Appartement très agréable, vue exceptionnelle !

Tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Meublé et décoré avec goût, avec un sens du détail qui rend le séjour très agréable. Chauffage central efficace qui nous a été bien utile -nous avons eu une météo exceptionnellement médiocre-. Le balcon est agréable par beau temps. Seul bémol, le bruit de circulation sur la route longeant la maison mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé la nuit. Petit supermarché bien achalandé à 1km environ. Umberto répond rapidement à nos demandes, en cas de problème.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour l'appartement est superbe, la vue encore mieux. Monsieur Umberto a été la des que nous en avions besoin Je recommande fortement ce séjour et cet appartement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Schöne schlichte Wohnung mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf das Meer. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und es gab keine Probleme. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter mit Schlüsselbox Check-In und -Out, er war aber jederzeit zu erreichen. Eigene Garage, die Ein- und Ausfahrt ist nicht so schlimm wie in anderen Kommentaren beschrieben. Gutes Internet. Alles in allem ein perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Objekt, beste Lage (parken sollte geübt sein und ausfahrhilfe bereit), rücksichtsvoller und Vermieter, der auch gerne bereit war und Strand Insidertipps zu teilen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Unglaubliche Aussicht, helle, saubere Wohnung, alles hat gut geklappt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was wir in unserer Urlaubswoche brauchten, fanden wir vor. Sogar Masken und Handdesinfektionsmittel standen bereit. Auf Mails hat der Vermieter immer gleich geantwortet. Also: War ein schöner Urlaub!

Fantastica

Assolutamente perfetta, se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto a tutti i costi, l'entrata nel garage in retromarcia sull'Aurelia è per uomini coraggiosi, però si accende la luce in automatico appena si entra. Un gioiello di casa con un terrazzino spettacolare, tenetene conto se avete appuntamenti dopo colazione perchè arriverete sicuramente in ritardo a meno di fare colazione spalle al mare. Ospite premuroso e gentilissimo, in casa c'è tutto quello che può servire, abbiamo trovato perfino tre capsule per fare il caffè la prima mattina. Sembra una seconda casa pronta per l'utilizzo del proprietario. Grazie ancora al signor Umberto.

Lage mit Blick aufs Meer perfekt! Wohnung gut eingerichtet, geräumig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Alles hat problemlos geklappt.

Alles sehr sauber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, was uns nicht störte, allerdings war ein zwei, drei Mal etwas schwieriger in die dazugehörige Garage zu fahren.

Erster Eindruck trügt!

Leider waren die Bilder zu schön um wahr zu sein. Der Ausblick war wirklich gut aber die Wohnung nicht so. Auf den zweiten Blick hat sich dieses Objekt als heruntergekommen entpuppt und an manchen Stellen schmuddelig. Die Küche haben wir gemieden und nicht gekocht, da alles nach altem Fett roch und die Schränke klebrig waren. Das Einfahren in die Garage, welche direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, gestaltete sich sehr schwierig und auch gefährlich. Des Weiteren hätten wir uns gewünscht, nicht morgens um 8 Uhr aus der gegenüberliegenden Wohnung von Baulärm geweckt zu werden. Dennoch hat sich die Kommunikation sehr positiv und freundlich gestaltet und wir haben immer schnelle Antworten und Nachrichten erhalten.

Herrlich Aussicht mit kleinen Nachteilen

Man hat von der Wohnung eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und sie ist ihren Preis wirklich wert. Ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen für lärmempfindliche ist die Eisenbahnlinie vor dem Mittelmeer und die direkt hinter dem Haus entlang führende Küstenstraße. Aber wenn man die rückwärtigen Fenster zu läßt, hält sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Schwieriger ist da schon die Garage. Man landet ohne etwas zu sehen direkt auf der Straße. Da hilft nur Nerven behalten und sich langsam in den Verkehr drängeln. Ein kleines Problem mit der Waschmachine gab es noch. Der Sensor an der Tür meinte erst, sie wäre nicht richtig zu und hat deshalb den Start der Maschine verhindert. Es half dann die Tür einfach mit dem Fuss kräftig zu zudrücken. Insgesamt aber alles keine wirklichen Probleme und eine Empfehlung für Leute, die stundenlang auf's Meer gucken können.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est encore mieux que sur les photos. Umberto est très disponible et répond tout de suite à nos questions. Il suggère des sorties et appelle même ses amis pour nous faire profiter de bons plans ! Le garage est un vrai plus ! Prendre son petit déjeuner face et aussi près de la mer vous met en forme dès le matin La prochaine fois que je reviens dans la région je ne chercherai pas d'autre location ce sera ici directement Encore merci umberto pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité À l'année prochaine ! !!!

Appartamento confortevole con vista mare stupenda

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto: l'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno rilassante. Appena arrivati era già pronto il lettino da campeggio che avevamo chiesto al proprietario per il nostro bimbo di 7 mesi. La vista dal balcone è stupenda: aprire la finestra di mattina e vedere un panorama così bello è proprio un ottimo inizio di giornata!

Very relaxing. Loved the balcony where we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast each day. Great Views. Sun loungers would have been a 'nice to have'. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. The garage was good to have. Beware of motor cyclists whizzing around the car when you're trying to reverse in! Local supermarket had everything you could want for a self catering stay and Villa Eva beach is definite must for lunch or just a drink (and a swim, of course). Easily walkable. Umberto was very helpful in answering our questions. Would stay again.
