Quiet clean and relaxing neighborhood with a calm atmosphere. Neighborhood is away from the main city. You don’t feel like you’re in the city. Minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Downtown Yuma approximately 10-15 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
Master bedroom is on one side of the home and regular bedrooms on the other side of the home. In between is the living room and kitchen with an open floor plan with a view of the backyard and pool.
