Return apartment in same condition it was issued to you, allowing for normal wear. Remove trash ($10/bag if left). Damages to carpet, furniture, appliances, or housewares will be charged to you.
You may leave usable items and supplies for the next guest and usable food for us to donate to charity. Empty the fridge of all pots/plates with food.
Leave all keys, fobs/remotes, and parking tags issued to you on the kitchen counter. Leave the door unlocked. Garage gate opens automatically on exit. Leasing office will not accept key returns.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
