We had a few issues. Cleaning ladies were wrapping up when we arrived an hour past check-in. On the second day of our visit another family showed up saying they had reserved the property and they had the code for the front door lock. I asked vrbo to change the combination on the lock, they said they would, but didn't get that done before we checked out. There were very limited dishes and eating utensils, so we had to go to target and buy some stuff. Patio was a mess with junk stacked up, and the patio table was dirty. Ants were coming in under the door to the patio as it was not sealed. Most rooms did not have celing fans, lamps, night stands or dressers. There was only one TV in the property. The freezer was kind of dirty. Property was advertised as 6 bedrooms, but there were only 5, with a fold out in the living room. We had no access to the garage.On the positive side, the location was good, the property was new, modern, and clean. The washer/dryer was a nice touch. Room for several cars on the driveway if needed.
