The condo was beautifully decorated and very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay location was easy , close to beach and shopping. Definitely recommend! Owner answered all questions quickly, check in was easy, they provided excellent beach chairs , towels and coolers. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay with family at this nicely updated condo. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Great location that was close to beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo and we look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was awesome. Close to the beach and closeto Mercato. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice. The condo was stocked with everything because we need.

Spring getaway

The property was very nice, clean, stocked with all the essentials you'd need for a week away from home. The location was good, walking distance (15 minutes) to the beach, driving distance (10 minutes) to almost anything you'd need (Publix, Walmart, restaurants). There was also a nice walking trail that looped around by the canal.The pool was very small, but not busy at all, so we were able to get a couple chairs under an umbrella.Henrik was responsive and able to answer any of our questions throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this property.Be prepared to pay for parking anywhere by the canal or by the public beach. It's not expensive, we just weren't prepared for a fee every time we went there.

We instantly fell in love with this apartment. It is located on second floor (of three) and is a very bright corner unit. The floor plan is open with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished with a contemporary style furnitures, all bought new in 2019.
