This villa is the perfect home away from home for you and your family to enjoy the private pool, galaxy themed game room, and more. Look no further as this home has everything you need to create endless memories with your loved ones.

As you enter the home you will be greeted by the large floor plan. Prepare homecooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with a formal dining table to seat up to 6 guests. If you're looking to relax, head towards the living area which has comfortable sofa seating and access to the pool area. Have plenty of fun all day long in the galaxy themed games room with an orbit eliminator 4-player air hockey, pool table, PlayStation 4, and a projection screen. Step outside to the pool area to unwind throughout your vacation at the private screened-in pool and spillover spa. Enjoy a family meal at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 or lounge in the 4 sun loungers.

On the ground floor, you can find 3 master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, you can find the kid's custom bedrooms. One kid's bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed and twin bed with 18-inch TVs and even has a slide! The second kid's bedroom features a magical theme with two twin beds with a TV built-in in each bed.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Place was nice and the pool was very HOT. We paid for heating but it was in the 80s while we were there and the pool was hot but better than it being cold. We did run out of hot water if more than 2 people showered in a row. There are no pool toys so I'm glad we brought some with us. Nothing exceptionally wrong with the home we had a great time there. The location is amazing and the community pool the kids loved!

We chose this property due to the amenities, and those amenities were closed for the whole stay. This caused us to not have the vacation we desired. The house itself was okay and met our needs, it does have animals in the attic that should be addressed.

This house was barely acceptable. When we arrived there were multiple dead cockroaches on the floor ( I guess dead is better than alive) . I did call and a pest control treatment was done the same day. But to arrive and have to clean up dead bugs and dirt all over the house was not very magical.

Everything you want in a vacation home

This property is sooo close to Disney. Its only about a ten minute drive tops. Two of the master suites had huge walk in closets. It is the perfect place to store suitcases to keep them out of the way. The furniture is good quality and very comfortable. The game room is very cool. The children really enjoyed the the themed bedrooms. I really liked that they had trash pickup every single day. The pool was a good size and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation although it did not have a sheet pan. I’m sure it was an oversight. All in all, we had a fabulous week!

Do not stay here unless you want fake property damage charges !!

Five days after our departure I got an email and a charge for “property” damage. The host charged me for dirty towels that obviously had not been washed yet claiming there were damaged. Also claimed an outside cushion was damage. The damage was not there when we left and the picture provided looked like an animal chewed on it.

Not a great stay

We got there and pool and spa was not heated as I had paid for called management and had to wait for maintenance for the next day once he got there it takes a whole day to warm the pool/spa so the first 2 days of our stay though it was paid for in advance the pool/spa was freezing. Of the 3 gaming tables in the game roo Only the pool table was usable. Air hockey was broken with cut wires and the arcade game had a out of order sign on it. The dryer was also broken and all this with no notice. This is a rental that sleeps 10 so obviously there would be some laundry had to wait 2 days for someone to fix it though the order was in before our stay so it would have been nice for a little heads up seeing as they were aware of it. The home was mostly clean except for the Harry Potter themed bedroom that had empty water bottles stuffed into the side of the beds and wrappers under the beds.

Party Next Door

The house location was close to WDW, great, but it was also next to construction and neighbors that partied all night long. We paid for pool heat but it never heated up in the pool. There were no kitchen towels and the dishwasher smelt rank. There wee broken cabinet drawers. The owners need to fix some of the areas or lower the price. We had to call maintenance for lights and remotes to TV. I've never had to wright a bad review on a property before. Again, the location is wonderful.

Stocking of house

We all felt that the house was just right for our group of 10 and very nicely laid out. However, it was VERY minimally stocked. We didn't have enough glasses to get us through even one day. We had NO kitchen towels. Not near enough coffee cups. Also, it seems like such a nice house could have at least stocked the very basics---trash bags, decent sized soap, laundry and dish soap. A house of this size---5 bedrooms should have had more supplies and more kitchen items. We had to wash and reuse things everyday to just get through.
