Loved the ocean sounds and large doors to let the outdoors in. Large open living space was awesome. Would definitely come back and the owner is super nice fella

Perfect Getaway

My college friends and I spent a long weekend at this property. We loved the house. The layout is great; the kitchen is well appointed; the deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. I would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful views and steps from the ocean

An open floor plan on the main level allows for family togetherness. Sitting areas at front and back of main floor also provides room for separate activities. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with plenty of bathroom space. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby.

Wonderful stay at the beach.

Wonderful, roomy townhouse. Had everything we wanted, plus some. A lot of stairs, while carrying things and children. A little tough with a 14 month old, with the stairs. Clean, well supplied, would definitely stay again when grandkids are older. Great peaceful area.

The best beach house I've ever stayed in

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this beach house. The vibe was peaceful and luxurious. The two living room/TV areas worked well for parents to have one space, and kids the other. The beach views were amazing from both balconies. The house was clean, beautiful, and full of amenities like linens, soap, and cooking supplies. We hope to return again and again. Thank you!

Beauty by the sea

This one was memorable! It started before we even arrived onsite, with the owner contacting us with detailed information regarding access, amenities, etc. The condo itself was more than advertised - far roomier than expected. There were four of us, all 50y.o.+, and more than enough space and amenities for the group. The beach was immediately accessible, and very clean! Far more pluses than I can get into here, but suffice to say the property rental was worth the money and immensely enjoyed by all! We hope to be back soon!

Great week. Wonderful place to vacation at the beach. Not the best for little kids. Need gates for stairs for 14 mo. Old. Was able to borrow one and used the coffee table on deck to block those stairs. The glass topped table was an issue also, as she liked to bang everything on it. Would def. go again, when grandkids are older. Had everything we needed and then some. Convenient location.

Great Location at Sunset Beach

We stayed here in October 2023 for our first time in NC and at any beach on the East Coast. We absolutely loved this property and its location. The beach is beautiful and is just a short walk away. The beach at this location wasn't very busy for the time of year we visited. Most of the crowd was down by the pier. It was perfect for our 3-year-old daughter to play in the sand and water. The beach house had everything we could ask for with amenities and was very clean. We loved the layout of the house. The main level was very airy with lots of windows and sunlight. We would recommend this property and will come back. We saw the best sunrises of our life here. It's a special place.

Great location and great layout.

This was a great layout for the four of us, a quite large place where we never felt like we were on top of each other. Well equipped. When traveling, we always bring cleaning supplies with us because we are quite particular. The one downfall of this place was cleanliness. There was a layer of dust on blinds, the wicker furniture was incredibly dirty, the refrigerator had dirt caked on the seals. Quite a bit of the furniture was stained or even held together by tape. The sunroom had an odd smell. It was unfortunate, but nothing we weren’t able to clean ourselves. We did appreciate that the beds were already made, there was TP, paper towels and hand soap.

Yearly getaway

Our yearly girls getaway… lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was awesome!, very clean, perfectly located about midway of the island. Great for walking to either end of the beach. The house was WELL stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon for hauling beach items. They provided bath and hand soaps, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent..lots of extra things . It’s a great property!

I wish I could rate with way more STARS!

This property was the perfect getaway for me and a dear friend to relax, catch up, and re-energize. There is a WOW factor when you walk upstairs to the living area, and another WOW when you see the rear master bedroom (yes there are 2 master bedrooms) with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The Condo was spotless. No odors. Kitchen fully equipped and we were able to get to one of the few restaurants open after Labor Day within 10 minutes. Plenty of space to have quiet time and read or watch a television show without bothering anyone else. The house is elevated, as a smart beach house should be, so be prepared to walk up and down a flight or 2 of stairs. I will return!

The owners were simply perfect and we are so pleased to have crossed their path. They offered helpful suggestions and responded promptly to any concern. (The only negative was actually Evolve who were not at all good at communicating and admitted to being overwhelmed and unable to answer emails.)
