Cozy Apt w/Sunset View Over River

This charming second-floor apartment is found in North Troy with a view of the Hudson River. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while looking over the river. With a 5-minute drive, you can be at the heart of downtown Troy. Free street parking is available.Please be advised that our units are not equipped to host any animals. If you have one.We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

Enjoy a cozy apartment on the second floor.

The bedroom has a queen bed in it.
A rollaway twin cot is available in the unit.

There is free on street parking.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee.
6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .

I could not have asked for a better experience. The host was very good at communicating, check in process was fantastic and the apartment was clean. It had everything I needed for a two week stay. 10/10 recdomend. Oh the location was also safe and right next to CVS with off street parking.

Loved our stay here! Easy instructions to gain access, lovely grounds, very clean cute apartment.The groundskeeper, Bill, was most helpful and friendly. I would stay in one of the apartments again.I’m 70 and felt very safe here too!
