Welcome to this delightful apartment in St. Petersburg. This cozy space features a bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a living room with two futons, kitchen (no oven), dining table for 4 and a well-equipped bathroom. Guests can enjoy amenities like a big screen TV, spacious screened porch with seating for 6, tv in bedroom, and relaxing jacuzzi bathtub during their stay. Whether you're exploring the beaches, the city or relaxing indoors, this fabulous apartment is the perfect home base for your getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
Free onsite parking is provided, occupancy up to 4 guests (including children)
Weekly & monthly discounts available
This is a NON-SMOKING apartment and we DO NOT allow PETS or ANIMALS of any kind (we cater to people with allergies. Thank you for your kindness and understanding)
There are bikes available upon request for your enjoyment and beach towels upon request.
Outdoor BBQ is provided if you want to grill out
There is a smoking section out in the side yard under the gazebo for your use
This is a quiet neighborhood and there is a county noise ordinance in effect from 10pm to 9am
We also have a "beach fun pack" rental if you're interested we can give you all the info
Property is only 1.5 miles to HCA St. Petersburg Hospital and 3.5 miles to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital
If you want to bring your boat and trailer we probably have room on site. Just message Tony to ask about available space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless and it was clear that the hosts truly take pride in caring for and maintaining their property. They also genuinely care about their guests, making sure everything is comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for a great experience.The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home throughout our visit. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet for sleeping. I was caught off guard with no stove but did make due with the hot plate option.

Wonderful place to stay!!! House was very clean with plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Left some sunblock, aloe, shampoo, conditioner, and a couple drinks for the next renters to enjoy. Would gladly b9ok with Tony and Gina again. Couldnt have asked for better hosts.
