HOA Regulations:
• No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed on the premises.
• You must have a parking pass located on the dash of your car in the parking lot. Only two cars are allowed per unit.
• Any violations may result in ticketing and towing at the guest`s expense.

Property Care and Maintenance:
• No pets allowed.
• No partying allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival and reporting any damages immediately.
• Please rinse off sand with the front porch hose before entering the house.
• Close all doors to prevent the AC unit from freezing.
• Avoid setting AC below 68 degrees.
• No spray or colored sunscreen is permitted inside the house.
• Do not hang towels on second floor porch railings.
• Clean the dryer vent after every use to prevent fire hazards.
• Do not dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in toilets.
