Just a 18 minute drive to the center of the Strip (Las Vegas Blvd & Flamingo Rd), yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood — the ideal balance of Vegas fun and peaceful rest.

***Please know this is a shared building! walk to the left of the main unit and enter the backyard where the casita is located. Two smart lock doors one is black and one is white.***

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Pets
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

Very comfortable enjoyable time. Outside area very charming and fire pit sitting area and large TV and grill a plus. Unique experience. The host was very accommodating when asked for assistance. Responded immediately. Would consider staying at the Casita again.

If your expectations aren’t high and you are looking for a decent place to sleep (and don’t mind the fact that you have to drive everywhere), this place will serve your needs fine. It is actually two separate bedrooms with separate, outdoor entrances. Only one has a bathroom, so the people in the second bedroom/building will need to come into the first building to use the bathroom. The first bedroom shares a wall with the hosts in the main house, and is on the same heating and a/c system. The heat and a/c cannot be controlled from the rental unit, so if you are too cold or too hot, you will need to message the hosts and ask them to adjust it. There is a little hallway attached to the first room that serves as a kitchenette, and it has a keurig-style coffee machine, but there were only tea pods during our stay, no coffee, so you might need to go buy your own. There is also a small microwave and mini fridge (big enough to fit a couple of water bottles but not much else). The freeway was not far, and it took us about 25 minutes to get to the red rock hiking area. It was about the same to The Strip. The neighborhood isn’t particularly attractive, but it is fine. I would recommend bringing a flashlight (you need to walk to the rear of the house to get to the rental unit) and only half of the walkway is lit. There is also no outdoor light to see the keypad to enter the first bedroom. The yard is small (and the neighbors are very close) but the outdoor fire table is nice.

Why they chose this property

The best thing about our neighborhood is its within 15-20 minutes of The Strip and the liveliness of Las Vegas, but when you're done with all of that, you can go back to our quiet and peaceful area. Also many guests stay with us as we're pretty close to Red Rock Canyon, if you enjoy hiking, rock climbing, or awesome views!

Our property is unique because it is a casita but it does have two bedrooms, a private backyard, and outdoor TV. It is a great unit for couples, friends, or a small group. The unit is brand new inside with new furnishings making it modern and comfortable.
