Amazing View from the balcony
A fantastic view from the balcony, sometimes you feel you are sailing on a boat. The beach is in front of the studio apartment. A romantic sunset late afternoon. Approximately 30m2 area apartment on the second floor of the building with all the facilities needed like the kitchen and bathroom. There is no separate bedroom and the main room turns to bedroom in the night. It's ideal to accommodate two people. Near by there are restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, park, cafeterias. Bus stop 20 meters from the building. Free parking.

Hello, my name is Teri I am 55 years old, married with two great kids. I was born in the USA at the big apple….. NYC…. and grew up half of my life there and half here in Greece. I got my Master’s degree at NYIT in Electrical engineering. Now, I leave in Greece and work in the construction field. I love all kind of sports especially water sports, boating and fishing.
Why they chose this property
I have been staying in this beautiful apartment since 1969. I am very emotionally attached with this beach house, because I grew up there most of the summer seasons. Last renovation took place seven years ago. As you can see from the photos the view is beyond your fantasies and the sun set truly amazing.
What makes this property unique
The benefits of staying at my place are too many!!!!! A beautiful view right in front of you. The beach is in front of you and you don’t need to take a bus or a car to go somewhere else. Coffee bar serving breakfast within the same building, many restaurants to choose. Bus stop in front of the building every 30 minutes in the summer time. Bakeries, supermarkets within 2 minutes’ walk. Nearby there are organize beaches with water sports activities and within meters away a mountain for climbing.
It’s perfect for a couple or good friends (max 3) that can stay in the same room for daily activities or sleep in the same room.
