Luxurious and comfortable Loft with excellent location in Puerto Vallarta. 10 minutes away from downtown Puerto Vallarta and 10 minutes from the Marina, estimated time with transportation. Open and spacious spaces, delicate decoration with luxury finishes. Master bedroom (top floor) that has a king size bed, a full bathroom, walking closet and a desk to work. The second bedroom (ground floor) has a double bed, television, bathroom, a large closet and a desk to work. The living room located on the ground floor is an open and pleasant space that has comfortable armchairs. The living room on the first floor has a plasma screen where you can enjoy movies and series. The dining room is spacious and with space to seat 8 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Washer and dryer inside the Loft. Two outdoor terraces, one has a small pool. The apartment has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. Televisions with cable included and telephone.

Apartment ideal for four adults or a couple with two children.

Close to restaurants, cafes and a mini super (OXXO).

Espacios abiertos y amplios, decoración delicada con acabados de lujo. Recámara principal (planta alta) que cuenta con una cama king size, un baño completo y walking closet. La segunda recámara (planta baja) cuenta con una cama matrimonial, televisión, baño completo, un amplio closet y un escritorio para trabajar. La sala de estar ubicada en la planta baja es un espacio abierto y agradable que cuenta con cómodos sillones. La sala de estar la planta cuenta con una pantalla plasma donde se puede disfrutar de peliculas y series. El comedor es amplio y con espacio para sentar a 8 personas. La cocina es moderna y está totalmente equipada. Lavadora y secadora dentro del Loft. Dos terrazas al aire libre, una cuenta con una pequeña piscina. El departamento dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las recámaras y áreas comunes. Televisiones con cable incluido y teléfono.
