Superb location, wonderful views, delightfully comfortable

Ocean Break is a well-equipped, three bedroom holiday villa on two levels with wide ocean views. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard so that a maximum of six guests may enjoy a beach holiday that will refresh and restore. To this end linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided so that you may have a carefree holiday.

Through full length glass doors that fold completely to the side you can step out onto your 80 square meter terrace. Watch the whales (in season) and dolphins pass by or enjoy a barbeque after a day in the sun. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has a comfortable ambience that will encourage you to relax and forget the frenetic pace of everyday life.

From the light filled QS master bedroom on the upper level guests can look out to the ocean and enjoy a private balcony with its fabulous views.

The second QS bedroom and third bedroom with two single beds are on the other side of the villa and share the main bathroom. A conveniently placed powder room is situated on the ground floor.

The equipment within the home includes the following:
80m 2 ocean view terrace with two outdoor settings and barbeque
Air conditioning to all bedrooms
High quality new kitchen appliances including dishwasher and espresso machine
TV with Fetch and Netflix and free Wi-Fi
Audio system and DVD player
A selection of family board games and books
Full laundry
Hair dryers
Linen and towels, including beach towels, pillows, quilts, blankets
Porta cots, high chairs and baby gates can be provided on request and for an additional small cost.
Two car garage with internal access
Non Smoking & No Dogs

We are not a party villa! Disturbances of any kind will result in removal and fines from Ocean Break.

Long lost friends

Uni friends from South Africa - meeting up again after 22 years ! We had a wonderful stay ! Views to die for - even saw whales from the balcony Well equipped , spacious , clean. If I have to say one negative ( which I really don’t! ) - we had nothing to dry dishes with- probably a small oversight from cleaner 😝 We will definitely stay again!

Quiet location and great ocean view

Quiet complex with a great ocean view. Clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the 25min walk to the restaurants and cafes everyday . Looking forward to staying here again!

Cannot fault this place. The view was amazing, the whole place is spacious. The gift left was so nice & the cupboard full of family board games is a massive bonus! Communication was wonderful & check in was easy. I reccomend this place!
