Located directly across from the beautiful white sands of Mudjimba Beach. Mudjimba Beach has a lifeguard tower and lifeguards providing a safe "Between the Flags" swimming area. The Villa is family and pet friendly with a secure fenced yard.

"Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is your beach home away from home" including WiFi and Netflix.

Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, esky etc) are all behind the roll up garage door.

We offer a private parents’ retreat upstairs (air conditioned/heating) with a desk, and a private balcony to listen to the ocean while enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Upstairs also offers air conditioned/heated 2nd bedroom (with 3 single beds) and bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Downstairs you will find a third queen size bedroom opening onto a shady courtyard. There is also a media room. Air conditioning/heating is provided upstairs and downstairs if needed but usually there is a nice ocean breeze.

The living room (Air Conditioner/heating big downstairs unit) opens onto a front patio & garden setting & offers a television, Ipod dock ,games, books & DVD player. The well equipped kitchen offers a servery to the shady barbeque area outside for easy entertaining. There is an additional TV room downstairs with a double sofa bed.

A barbeque & patio setting are set in a large covered patio area & lush fully fenced back yard. There is also a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Car accommodation consists of 2 car spaces in the driveway.

The bedding configuration is 2 queen size beds & 3 single beds &1 double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers, one has a bath also. Please note that you will need to bring your own sheets & pillowslips & towels or we can refer a rental service.

The Villa is a 10 minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport & 1 hour 15 minute drive from the Brisbane Airport.

If any linen or equipment is needed, you can contact HOLIDAY HIRING SERVICE Sunshine Coast. They are 5 minutes away & can deliver linen, highchairs, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A FEE OF $135 PAYABLE FOR THE CLEANER.

Mudjimba Beach is lifeguard patrolled all year round and is a dog friendly beach. You are within walking distance to some great restaurants
Florentina’s Trattoria, High Tide Café and Surf Cafe. A news agency, a general store, bakery and beauty salon.

Your accommodation is just across the road from a new great playground for the kids to have fun. It is fully equipped with monkey bars, swings & covered barbeques.

Mudjimba Beach and village is situated on the North Shore of Maroochydore. The beach stretches from Maroochy River in the south to Yaroomba in the north. At the mouth of the Maroochy is a dog-friendly beach and a trail up the river. Paddle out to Old Woman Island, learn to surf or fish on the beach or river mouth.

Launch your boat at the boat ramp on the Maroochy River Nojoor Road which is ideal for fishing or water sport enthusiasts.

The challenging and picturesque Twin Waters Golf Club is only a couple of minutes drive where you can see kangaroos and an abundance of wildlife at every hole and then you can enjoy a cold beer after your round at the clubhouse.

For the fit, you can walk down the beach to Twin Waters Resort and restaurant and enjoy a Sunday buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Such an ideal spot, right across from beach entrance and cafes right next door. The only complaint is the bed - the mattress wasn’t great for my dodgy back. But the place was simple & spotless. The pooches were happy & safe in the back garden. Great place and the boy is already asking to go back!

We won't hesitate to go back there. As somebody commented, if we say too many good things, everybody might come and we might not be able to book it.

Hi, My new husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon as we have 2 dogs and we all (dogs included) had a fantastic time. Down the road is a dog friendly beach were we took them every day. The appartment was very clean and had lots of room for the family and well equipped with everything there's a BBQ as well, we loved it that much we have booked again. PS a very good price as well.

Awesome Beachside Home Dog Friendly

Had a Great Break at Mudjimba with our two dogs they loved the yard and the beach The home was a great design and very clean It had everything we needed BBQ, Smart TV, Music Player, Fenced Yard for the dogs, Large Fridge, Air Con Upstairs and Downstairs It was next to Coffee shops, Bakery, Clothing Stores & Cafes didn't use the car once everything was so close If you want an Awesome place to stay with your dogs this is it.The House is Pet Friendly and Safe and across the road is a Pet Safe Beach We Loved it and we will be back 😊

Very good

It is very accessible to everything and beach. Love going there, but does need a good clean, such as fans etc, which are used more than the air con. I have spoken to Cindy (owner) re gutters overflowing due to the current rain event.

Very relaxing in a quiet tucked away area of the coast.

Apart from not having any wifi connection and poor phone reception, we (my husband, daughter, our dog and myself) had a relaxing few days in a well stocked unit. The dog was well catered for with bedding and a bowl even though we took our dogs things. The shops were very close which meant we only had to get in the car once for groceries. The beach was lovely. If we wanted to do more we could easily have done so as Mudjimba is very central. We would happily recommend this place.

A great dog friendly property.

We stayed recently with our little dog. The property really is dog friendly and it was great having our little mate inside with us. The beach was dog friendly, patrolled and just across the road. Local shops and cafes next door. We loved the bakery for cakes and coffee. The villa had everything we needed, a very secure yard and felt comfortable and welcoming. Upstairs bedroom was a bit warm even with ceiling fan but overall the villa was better than we expected. We will be back.

Wonderful property

This is the fourth year we have stayed, with our dog. It has a great location right across road from beach, which our dog loves. It is a great unit, lots of space, next door to small parade of shops, & 5mins from supermarket. The house/unit is user friendly with all modern appliances. There is off road parking with a garage. Although two storey, there is a bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor. We love coming up to Mudjimba & staying here every year.

Relaxing & comfortable

We stayed at this property for a week through Xmas / New Year with our teenage children. Location wise it was perfect on the Esplanade next door to the shops. Although a lot of passby foot traffic & cars - there was privacy with front yard garden screening. Property had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen & plenty of bed space. The only thing missed is air conditioning. It was a warm time of year & overhead ceiling fans just weren’t enough. Although owner did notify me air con is going into the property in lat Jan. I would definitely feel with the addition of air con this really is a great place to stay & would have no hesitation in coming back to this property or recommending it to others. Had a great stay.

Close to beach, shops, pet friendly

We enjoyed a lovely family of 5 holiday, with our 4yr old furbaby. Its an older style unit in need of maintenance, however was furnished nicely for a comfortable stay and was clean and tidy. Outdoor area with rear garden was lovely. We recommend taking bikes, the coastal bike paths are beautiful to ride. There's an airport nearby and planes regularly fly overhead at low height (taking off etc) - not bothersome from inside the house, but if outside, you need to pause conversation and cover ears. Got a bit frustrating at times, we tended to eat indoors more because of it. Cost is a factor we consider when selecting accomodation - we haven't rebooked at current rates, but would stay again if rate was similiar to what we paid. We found being next door to cafes, bakery, small shops and across the road from the beach a great location.

Great location!

Location is second to none!! So conveniently close to beach and shops. Communication with owner was great and they generously gave us early checkin. However this house was not clean! Overflowing ashtray, dirty sock left on outside table, washing on the line, dirty dishes inside cupboards, most dishes needed rewashing, chunks of plastic and small rocks found in floor rug. Whole house very dusty, our daughter required Polaramine 24x7. Not sure why there is a cleaning fee when cleaning is not done. House is dated and in need of maintenance - bottom floor bedroom is very cold with no option to heat. Having said that, with the exception of the dirty status, it was comfortable enough.

Cool townhouse so close to the beach.

What a great place. I felt at home as soon as I stepped inside. I booked and checked in late, this was no problem, they were happy to accomodate me and helpful over the phone in regards to directions etc. Nice big rooms, bed was super comfy, sound system for tunes. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm of an evening. Comfortable places to sit outside out of the rain. The balcony was a good place to sit in the afternoon and watch the world go by. Lucky there was a dryer for me to use cos the clothes were never going to dry on the clothes line as the trees blocked all the sun out. There were some cockroaches and ants in the kitchen area and I saw some big rats running along the fence outside. The heating and cooling cant be used between 11pm and 11am. This was somewhat belittling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the shop next door was a god sent when you start cooking and realise you need more ingredients and High Tide have amazing food and atmosphere. Dog friendly which was a big plus for me and my Daschund. And the beach.... well, ya cant get much better than that!

Very handy and convenient.

The property is very convenient and you can take pets as well, which is a plus for us. We have been here several times now. Overall is a great townhouse, close to beach, convenience stores and take aways.

Our Stay

Excellent position, close to all we needed, not too far to walk to beach with our dog who also had a great time, lovely outdoor dining area with plenty of seating, relaxing garden to sit and watch the birds having a bath in the afternoon. The Italian restaurant was excellent for dinner.
