I am Cuban. I arrived in this beautiful country in 1986 with my parents; they are also from Cuba.
I am a chef, and I’ve had a Cuban food truck near the airport for the past 4 years. It’s called Cubans on Wheels.

I also built three apartments so that when I retire soon, I can have another source of income and continue helping my children, who in 2026 will start college—they are twins.

The house is located in an area of Orlando called Doctor Phillips. I live on the property, and it’s an excellent neighborhood

What makes this property unique

recommend my apartments because they are new, I keep them very clean, and they are very safe. They are also very close to Universal Studios, and we have Walmart, Publix, CVS, and many restaurants nearby.
