Beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable beach house with Mullawarra Beach Reserve a 2 minute walk literally at your back door. For ocean views, location and relaxation, this property is unbeatable.

Features: 1 x King Bed with ensuite plus 2 x Queen size bedrooms (all linen and beach towels provided), 2 car lock up garage, two living areas and modern kitchen with dishwasher and walk-in pantry. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor sunroom with adjoining alfresco at the rear of the property, each taking in the spectacular ocean views plus additional courtyard with outdoor setting.

Arrawarra Headland is a small surfing village where you're certain to catch the perfect wave. Take a stroll along the pristine shoreline which is patrolled during the summer months. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 8km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km's (approx.) away for major shopping.

Beautiful, quiet location on the headland.

Magoo’s is in a beautiful, quiet location literally backing on to the headland right next to the beach. The spacious house was comfortable and provided plenty of areas to sit and relax. The view was amazing!
