This Hildale house boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, queen beds, 4 triple bunk beds, and more. With 7 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and bidet, guests will feel pampered during their stay. The additional theater room with a cozy Murphy bed provides a relaxing retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Outside is a 3-level pool with a waterfall and slide, a hot tub, a fire table, and a grill surrounded by a 15-foot privacy fence. There is plenty to do with the game room as well.

I’m from this area, and I am a Math teacher. I love sharing my home because I did 80% of the remodeling myself, and I’m very proud of it!
Why they chose this property
I love the mountains, and the sunsets! The stars at night are incredible and the whole area just brings peace to my soul.
What makes this property unique
This home was built for the polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, and was part of a 3-home compound. He never lived in it, because it was built after he went to prison, and he is still there. This home is soundproof, and very well built.
