Great location and good communication with the host. They help solved our issue with internet speed and the door lock that did not operate properly after few days. Send the cleaner for a light clean which is appreciated during our stay. Got all you need in the kitchen for long stay. While it is refurbished it is not high quality but functional as you can see lot of paint touch and marks as well tiles and grouts in the bathroom done quickly plus dark spot on the floor and wall because of the metal bed frames. Pillows were super confortable but not the case for the mattresses they were way too soft and potential old. We had to deal with lot of spiders the first few days like the house was not in use for a long time.
