Beautiful Newly Built OCEANFRONT End Unit Condo - minimum 7 nigh stay (Saturday -Saturday May thru August). All new furnishings, fully furnished! 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit directly across from Hampton Beach with covered deck overlooking the ocean. Located in the Oceanhouse building at 315 Ocean Boulevard. Beautifully furnished with direct waterfront views. Queen-size master bed and 2nd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Hardwood flooring throughout unit. Washer Dryer in unit. Elevator access with 1 dedicated parking space out back in gated parking lot. Great location across the street from beach and steps away from everything on the beach: restaurants, arcade, live music, weekly fireworks, and nightlife.

Peaceful escape

This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. The views are amazing, and even in the cooler weather it is so nice to look out and see the ocean. The condo is well stocked and appointed. The location can’t be beat and the building is safe and quiet. I hope to return in the near future.

The Perfect Condo

Our stay here has always been perfection. Location is perfect, whether watching the tides come and go from our balcony or taking a short walk along boardwalk for food or souvenirs. The condo has all amenities and is always clean. Great Communication with the owners is a plus.

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful rental and our second year staying at this property. Unit is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach. Location is perfect and has easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and other activities in the area. We would highly recommend this property to everyone. We love staying here!

The Best

This is a beautiful new condo with all the comforts of home, but in a spectacular location on the beach. Located on the 4th floor it is just high enough to offer a wonderful view of the beach, the water, even the fireworks! Karyn and Michael were great hosts and answered any questions. Overall a great stay!

Another great stay

This is the second year staying in this condo. It is the perfect location with an ocean view, steps from the beach and great location for the Wednesday fireworks. While it is right on Ocean Blvd, there is very little noise with triple pane windows. The rooms are well kept and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful vacation!

My family and I have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for almost 18 years. We have stayed at many different locations (beach front) through the years and this unit by far is now one of our favorites. The cleanliness and owner response when needed was impeccable! Thank you Mike and Karyn for allowing us to stay in your beautiful piece of heaven.

4th of July week

We had a wonderful time staying here, the condo is very clean and updated and is located in a great location. Oceanfront views are amazing and a short walk directly across the street to the beach. There’s plenty of places to eat, we ate at a few places in town as well as on the boardwalk. The apartment is well kept, updated and well lit. The kitchen is modern and if you choose to cook there are pots and pans, etc, we kept it simple and only made breakfast. We were very fortunate and had great weather the whole week, so we were able to get plenty of time on the beach. The Master Bedroom had a TV and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom had a TV and a bunk bed. The living room had a nice couch with a couple of chairs with a big screen TV. The bathroom was nice. We also had a great view of the fireworks that we watched on the 3rd and on the 4th of July. The only thing I would personally recommend would be a king size mattress in the Master and maybe pull out sofa bed. As far as the whole process of booking, it couldn’t have been any easier. The owners are very responsive and made it seamless. Had a little issue with WIFI one day, and when we notified Mike he got back ASAP and the issue was resolved. Mike and Karyn have a beautiful property and I would most certainly recommend this gem to anyone coming vacationing in Hampton Beach.

Great place and great people!

The property was absolutely amazing! The views from the balcony,.were so beautiful! Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation week short due to an illness, but Karyn and Michael were simply great. I'll definitely try and stay again!

Peaceful and bright

I spent a month off-season at this lovely, well-appointed unit with an amazing view of the ocean. A very bright and peaceful space, the furniture is new and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Quiet building, I rarely heard a peep from other units. Parking onsite for one vehicle. The view of the sunrise from the living room is breathtaking a great way to start the day. The deck feels private, and patio furniture is very comfortable. A great place to relax and read a book. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Great vacation stay

Our stay on Hampton Beach was great. The Green's were very organized and made the check in process very easy. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. After going into two other condos in the building I was so pleased we rented from the Green's. The location was also was very convenient. We could walk anywhere. We had a wonderful stay.

Best on the Beach

We love staying at this condo for its cleanliness, it’s location, and it’s amenities. Communication with the owner is easy and friendly. Perfect views of the ocean as well as watching fireworks from the front porch.

Fantastic Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great. We were a little worried street noise but with the thick windows, we didn’t hear traffic on Ocean Blvd. The one elevator can be congested on Saturday afternoon when numerous renters come in but otherwise there wasn’t a wait. One parking spot can be an issue with multi vehicles but the owner has a suggestion for free parking option in town to keep cost down. Communication was excellent and a very minor issue was addressed quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Nice Condo w/Great View

Overall our stay was very pleasing. Beach was just across the street and easy to get to. Area is pretty busy with activity given we're more used to secluded surroundings but, Hampton Beach has always been that way and we knew that going in. Condo's pretty new with quite a few amenities for a comfortable stay. Only minor complaint is the check-in process with very strict adherence to the 4:00 PM check-in time despite we suspect it was probably ready for occupancy earlier since check-out is 10:00AM with the owners claiming that a cleaning crew comes in promptly at 10:15 to clean for the next guests. We arrived about 20 minutes early and waited until the check-in time because the designated parking spot was occupied by the owner who greeted us at 4:00PM and then promptly moved out of the spot after our guided tour of the condo. Perhaps that's a VRBO thing given this was our first experience with a VRBO rental arrangement. Again, only a minor annoyance. The owners were very nice and accommodating as many of their reviews have indicated. We recommend this rental for others for a nice comfortable place to stay in Hampton Beach.

I was difficult, they were here to help.

Yes yes I was difficult, I got forced here on government orders on very short noticed and I did not want to stay in a hotel for 3 months. With these orders were guild lines that made me quite nervous, the owners were very understanding and did everything they could to ensure me that everything would work out. I ended up extending my stay (which was super easy) so my wife, daughter and I will be here til Jan 27. Since I’m not from around here the owners were very helpful with recommendations of all the great places to see and eat; pointing us in the right direction to experience the east coast. The first week here the temp was in the 70’s and nice and warm out side then it got pretty cold and I’m not familiar with ductless heat pumps so I’m pretty sure I messed the whole system up, I text the owner and he promptly got back to me with various times that he could meet ranging from 15 mins to when ever worked for me; can’t remember what we agreeed on but he was here the same night and fixed it within a few minutes. I highly recommend this VRBO and the owners.

Property as advertised and photographed.

Spent the month of October at this condo. Very pleased with the accommodations, amenities (parking & elevator), and furnishings (including washer and dryer, well-supplied kitchen, storage, etc). Condo was exactly as photographed in the listing. Owners very responsive to a concern/issue. Interested in resolving/fixing right away. Condo smack dab on the main drag/beach area for summer vacationers . October is not “prime season”, but on a nice day/weekend traffic immediately in front of building can be incredibly loud — prohibiting use of the balcony/ opening of balcony door. That being said, we’re old — and maybe this wouldn’t bother younger people! The condo was great. We’d rent again — “off season”. 🤣

Summer getaway with a view

This was the perfect location in Hampton to stay. A lot quieter then our previous place we stayed at last year. Not in the center of the board walk, not far from shopping areas, beach across the street great view of the ocean. The place was nice and clean they have everything you need. Karyn and Michael were very helpful when needed. Can’t wait to rebook again for next year.
