The house was true to description. The communication WAS AMAZING!! We loved the hot tub and playing pool. We also appreciated the little necessities that were added just in case anything was forgotten. We will definitely book again . The neighbors are very quiet and great neighborhood. Close to grocery stores , restaurants and attractions .

The host was so welcoming, after messaging with her i was so excited to start our trip.,the home was very clean relaxing. I text the host and she responded right away.we eat breakfast in the backyard ,it was so peaceful. We enjoyed our weekend. Look forwad to staying there again.

Check-in was awesome. House was ready before the check in time. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the ladies loved the hot tub. House was clean, fully stocked and perfect space for us 5 adults and 2 kids. Game room with billiard table beside the pool and hot tub was a plus, with other outdoor games and some other beach stuff. Location was near with everything we needed to go, and not far from Jax or Neptune beach either. Communication with the host was a 5 star. We'll definitely come back whenever we are in the area. Fully recommended.
