This beautiful pool home is 5 minutes to downtown tampa, 20 minutes the beaches , 20 minutes to st pete , 30 minutes to clearwater, 10 minutes to tampa international airport and 5 minutes to all dining and shopping and tampa nightlife.

The property was everything that was shown in the listing. The pool was great for relaxing after a long day of visiting Tampa sites. The neighborhood is very quiet, which contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. There was a small grocery store, liquor store and restaurants about 5 minutes away by car, and it was about 20 minutes to Ybor City.

We chose this home primarily because of the pool and hot tub, making it especially disappointing to discover problems with both. After booking, we were informed that using the hot tub required an additional 300 per day charge and that someone would need to enter the property each time to turn it on and off. Because of the unexpected cost and inconvenience, we were unable to use it.The pool was not ready for guests upon arrival. It was dirty, with trash floating in the water, and two of the six chaise lounge chairs were broken. Although the pool was cleaned after the first day, we only had a three-night stay and lost a significant portion of the amenity that was the main reason we selected this property.There were also several maintenance and safety concerns. The pool house, advertised as the fifth bedroom in a separate building, could not be locked from the outside, creating a security issue. Workers also entered the property without our knowledge while we were staying there, which was unsettling. Additionally, one shower leaked nonstop, the ice maker did not work, and numerous items required repair.Overall, the property did not match the condition represented in the listing. Although some issues were eventually addressed, the disruptions, unexpected charges, safety concerns, and maintenance problems significantly impacted our stay. We expected a well-maintained luxury property with functioning amenities, and unfortunately, that was not the experience provided.
