Nestled within a ravine along the Pedernales River, the property spans over 2.5 acres of land and boasts breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country. You will feel 1,000 miles away while still being close to all of the exciting outdoor activities Spicewood and Lake Travis have to offer. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is complete with everything you could need, whether you are enjoying a nice staycation away from the City or experiencing the Austin area for the first time. Cool off in the luxurious pool while you catch a game or watch a movie under the Gazebo! Work up a sweat on the pickleball court! Roast marshmallows at the fire pit adjacent to the river! Show off your meat smoking skills on the green egg! Enjoy a nice cocktail during a game of cutthroat on the pool table! Take out the paddle boards for a Pedernales adventure! With so many activities available, you may not ever want to leave the house; however, if you do, we have some great recommendations for you! Fabulous property! Great house! Fantastic Thanksgiving weekend for our entire family - from 4 yrs to 80! As it is a new listing, there were a few things that we needed help with, but the owner/manager was super responsive and helpful in getting things resolved. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Will visit again, for sure!

We are from Austin, TX and built this home to give people a chance to experience everything the hill country has to offer! We love spending time wake surfing on Lake Travis, cliff jumping at Pace Pend, swimming at Krause Springs, hiking and rock climbing at Reimer's Ranch and playing golf at Willie Nelson's Cut 'N Putt.

Why they chose this property

When we first visited the property prior to purchasing the land, we knew this tract was special and it's amazing to see the project finally come to fruition. There are so many great things to do in close proximity to the home while also being accessible to the Austin market and that renter pool.

What makes this property unique

The way the house is built into the slope down to the water allowed us to capture stunning views of the Pedernales and the limestone bluffs across the river. We have great frontage with easy access but are also adjacent to the boat ramp that belongs to the association for any renters who plan to bring their boat. The backyard is truly magical and the pool feels like it is suspended in the forest. The covered pergola is perfect for game day and the pickleball court will provide endless entertainment. We built this home for entertaining, which is why we also added the built-in grill area for smoking meats and a 12-seat outdoor dining table to host the whole family!
