The Chetola property is beautiful and secure, with manned gate security. It was a rainy weekend so it was great to have the indoor swimming pool for our granddaughter.
Everything was fantastic other than the blinds on the window were broken so it was a little uncomfortable, knowing people could see in through the window...
The condominium was very clean, nice and quite. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained.

The room was large and spacious. But extremely dated and had a prominent mildew scent that reminded my of my grandparents basement. The bathroom floor had hair and small pieces of trash on it, and the grout on the tile on the floor and shower was in a state of disrepair. The carpet seemed vacuumed, but still dingy, dirty, and old and the carpet nail strip poked my foot through the carpet walking into the kitchen. There was a bent nail on the balcony near the door that my wife almost stepped on. The bed was worn out and creaky. The mattress on the pull out was basically metal springs wrapped in cloth. The sliding door from the bedroom to the bathroom would not close and lock. All of the blinds were damaged, missing rungs, or extremely warped and dirty looking. They didn't provide coffee. For that price, even cheap hotels give you coffee. In fact I've never stayed anywhere that didn't. The condo is not attached to or close to the main building which is something I didn't know when booking. So that's maybe on me, though it wasn't specified in the listing that you would have to drive to the main building if you wanted to use amenities. Overall for the cost for a night, I would say we could've gotten a nicer cleaner room, and better sleep at a standard chain hotel for a few hundred less. I can't speak for amenities because a big storm came through and I wasn't taking my baby out in the storm in order to get to the main building to be able to use them. Would not stay here again.
