Condo

Online pictures make it look a lot better than it is. Heat was cold, not warm. Condo came with washer and dryer and I did a load of clothes and washing machine stopped and full of water and did nothing else. I called maintenance and reported it and they said yes - it is broken - you should have been told end this at check in and we were not. A lamp was broken when we arrived as well as a small table and maintenance came and repaired that. Saturday evening we went to get a pan out of bottom of stove and the bottom stove door was broken. We had 4 adults and 1 child and we were each given one set of towels for a 4 day stay - very disappointed. The lodge did give me a 200.00 credit but it should have been more. The resort itself is lovely but next time I book a condo it will not be at this one.
