About this property

Spacious. 3 BDRM. Pool. Pet-Friendly.

Three Pines, our 1963, 2,800 sq. ft. home centrally located in OKC, has three bedrooms, two living areas, an equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a fireplace, a saltwater pool, and more, to offer plenty of room and comfort for your stay. The primary bedroom (queen) features a private en-suite bath. The two additional bedrooms (one queen, one full) share a full hall bathroom equipped with a bidet. The half bath is in the front of the house. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fans. Sofa in the front living room can be used as a queen bed.

The front living area has a gas starter/wood burning fireplace, the queen sofa bed, 2 recliners, and a 75in TV. The back living room offers a cozy couch, a 55in TV, an office space, and a wall of windows leading to the back patio and outdoor living space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove.

Our private backyard oasis has a refreshing pool (seasonal), outdoor seating and dining, a propane grill, and a fully fenced yard for your privacy and pets.

Accessibility: To enter, you'll come down the walkway or around the house from the driveway (no garage access) and go up two steps, besides entering the pool, those are the only 2 steps on the property.

Situated just a 15-minute drive from Downtown OKC, you'll be close to popular attractions such as Paycom Center, Scissortail Park, and the Botanical Gardens. Explore the OKC Adventure District with the Zoo and Remington Park, or enjoy the local vibe of Midtown, with favorites like Lorena's and McNellie’s Irish Pub. The Plaza District is only 12 minutes away with great local eats and shops including: The Press, Roxy's Ice Cream, Empire Slice House and DNA Galleries. Will Rogers Gardens and Lake Hefner’s Stars & Stripes Park are just minutes from your doorstep.

Our home is also a great location to several major medical complexes, less than 10 minutes to Integris and 15 minutes to Mercy, the VA, OU and Children's. Easy access to the highway and about 15 minutes from the airport as well.

The pool is open April 15 - October 15. As part of our standard hosting process, we require a brief pool safety waiver that will be sent before arrival. This applies to any stay between April 15th and October 15th and helps ensure everyone’s safety and understanding of pool use guidelines.

The property was so comfortable, clean and accommodating. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our two dogs. We felt really safe in the neighborhood and the location was close to several stores or restaurants. The owners were great to work with quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. Three Pines is an excellent getaway for your next stay in OKC. The home is everything advertised, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Comfortable beds, a full, modern kitchen, washer and dryer and cozy furnishings. The hosts are excellent communicators and do everything to help make it your best stay and one of your favorite prosperities.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while attending the Women’s College World Series. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need during our visit. When we weren’t at the games, we spent our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying quality time together, making memories that we’ll cherish for years to come.The property was well-equipped, clean, and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the ballpark. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Oklahoma City and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hosts were amazing with prompt communication and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. It has many kitchen amenities. It has everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and have a wonderful stay. This property was very pet friendly with food and water bowls and doggy bags. We were here for a procedure at OU medical which was only 14 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

We stayed in OKC for the Softball College World Series. We had 3 teenage girls. This place was amazing. Loved having the pool to keep the girls busy. Great neighborhood, close to a grocery store. We will definitely return if its available for our next visit to OKC.Tonya

We're pretty conveniently located to a lot of things, Integris medical center, midtown, downtown, Lake Hefner, the highway.

What makes this property unique

We love our corner window - when we lived here full time it was full of plants. We love the wall of windows in the back and our back patio. In the summer, we’re by our city-sized pool and in the winter the wood-burning fireplace.
