What a perfect house for our stay. The house is very comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. Check in was smooth and the owner was very responsive. Great place and we would definitely recommend.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to an adventure in the mountains of beautiful Shenandoah for our 75th birthdays -- our diamond jubilee! This area is awesome. Watching bikers roll off the chair lift with their bikes was so impressive. Nearby historic towns of Mt Jackson and Woodstock provided a day of visiting antique and gift shops plus a couple of cute coffee shops. This Chalet is a beauty. If you like mountain inspired architechural design with rustic beams, this is one to see. The house was clean and well appointed. It has an amazing hot tub that we were about to relax in after our day of visiting nearby sights but there was a local area power outage--darn. Our host responded to all our needs. The shower head had an unfortunate leak but the host offered compensation for it. Our next visit will include Saucers Vineyard and the historic Mill Restaurant.

It was a beautiful home, we spend mostt of our time in the hot tub and on the deck upstairs with the fireplace. Beautiful view of the mountains and the stars. The only downside about the house is that they didn't have extra fans and the master room was hot. We couldn't leave the door or windows open due to no screens. Besides that we will definitely stay there again.
