The property should’ve been prepared with a spring cleanup. There’s some desk repaired to the exterior of the home. The carpet needs cleaning. There were plenty of rooms and all the bedding and everything seemed quite clean.I do think there should be some investment in the property’s upkeep. The manager was very nice and helpful.

From the owner: "We are pleased the manager was nice and helpful, and that the rooms were clean. We just hired this manager/cleaner last week since the previous one failed. We are in the process of updating some of the appliances, such as receiving a new washer/dryer in the next few days, and will do a deeper spring clean once those are installed."
This was a wonderful home base for longtime friends to bring our families together for a reunion. Short drive to Bryce for skiing. Well-stocked kitchen, a nice open space upstairs, and a fun game room on the lower level meant everyone had what they needed. The guest contact was very responsive. Recommend!!!
The house did not appear to be fully cleaned on arrival. There was crumbs and dirt/dust throughout the house, especially in the kitchen and hall bath. The game room upstairs had dead bugs on the window sills and floor. There was trash left downstairs in the bar area. There were pillows without cases on them, 2 of the 3 bathrooms had no wash cloths or hand towels and the kitchen had no hand towels. I communicated all this with our contact person who did bring out more towels and wash cloths but I still had to pull out the vacuum and broom to clean up everything else myself. The house was plenty big for our family and gave us lots of room to spread out when needed. The game room was a bonus with all the puzzles and games to keep us busy at night. The kitchen was well stocked with most of what we needed to cook, which was quite nice. It was a good homebase for resting after our active days.
I wholeheartedly recommend this property. Our family reunion was a resounding success, thanks in part to the exceptional accommodations. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering a variety of amenities to keep teenagers entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.
We stayed for JMU graduation weekend, property manager was very accommodating with an early check-in. Nice house, great amenities, plenty of room and family had fun playing Air Hockey and Basketball games.

Great Place
Our weekend stay was great! The house was perfect for our three families. The basement was thoroughly enjoyed by our four teenagers. We had babies sleeping upstairs and teens downstairs. This worked great with sound and teens staying up late and kids getting up early. The kitchen was stocked and the towels are great! We spent the day at the Bryce resort pool. It was a perfect getaway!!! Check in and check out was easy! Would definitely stay again!!!!

The property was exactly as described; with a few minor hiccups. The big thing upon our arrival was ants. The property manager was advised and didn't seem concerned. Pictures of other concerns were taken and sent to her. We had a bit of rain so we were not able to enjoy the outside.
Overall, it is a lovely property with a lot to offer.
