This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. Experience the perfect location with this beautiful 8-bedroom villa, right on the stunning Bávaro Beach. The villa was fully renovated in the fall of 2023.

LOCATION:

Nestled in the vibrant Los Corales neighborhood of Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, Villa Pandora offers an exclusive beachfront experience with a breathtaking ocean view. Accessible through a private gate reserved for owners and tenants, this villa provides a stunning retreat in a bustling area.

Los Corales is a lively area where everything is conveniently located within walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. Whether mingling with tourists and locals or exploring the area's attractions, the area is safe to walk both day and night.

Indulge in the ultimate beach day with two fabulous beach clubs just steps away from the villa. Bavaro Beach, with its 30 miles (48 kilometers) of pristine coastline, offers endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

When you're ready for a break from the beach, explore the narrow streets of Los Corales, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and bars serving both local and international cuisine.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 11 miles (18 kilometers) from Los Corales, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Villa Pandora is an 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 3-story, beachfront villa reminiscent of a Miami-style luxury mansion. This villa is the essence of modern minimalism paired with the most gorgeous ocean view! NOTE: Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa, requires climbing several flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available.

The villa was fully renovated in the fall of 2023 – new bathrooms, bar, kitchen, furniture and covered rooftop terrace.

Step into luxury as Villa Pandora beckons you with its grand black double front doors. The 1st floor (UK: ground floor) features a game room, bar, and a private, HEATED pool, creating the ultimate entertainment zone. Challenge your friends to a game of poker, show off your skills at the pool table, or enjoy a lively round of ping-pong. Relax in the bar area (drinks are not included), sink into the sofa, and catch a game on TV. Step outside to your private courtyard-style swimming pool, complete with a cascading waterfall, pool deck, and lounge chairs.

Ascend to the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) to discover the main living and dining area, designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals, and for an extra touch of luxury, a private chef is included (food and beverages are not included).

Dine al fresco on the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, or head up to the 3rd floor for another outdoor dining area and kitchen/BBQ, offering even more breathtaking views. Villa Pandora is a sanctuary of luxury and relaxation, promising an unforgettable stay in paradise.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa Pandora has 8 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. NOTE: The villa does not have an elevator.

Bedroom 1 (3rd floor): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the large balcony with sun beds and oceanview.

Bedroom 2 (3rd floor): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the large balcony with sun beds and oceanview.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a small balcony overlooking the pool.

Butler: The English- and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

Father’s Day getaway

This is the perfect place to stay for a large group of travelers. From the clear communication before our arrival to the seamless coordination of transportation, meals, activities, and local recommendations, the host and their team were exceptional. The home was great, but the staff made the stay exceptional. From the initial communication to the hugs goodbye at the end of our stay, they were all attentive, friendly and service driven. Great House for a Great Long Weekend

Piero as a Villa Manager was very easy to work with, McKenzie was awesome at the house and the rest of the Staff were wonderful. Chef made amazing meals for us all weekend and we just had a great time around Punta Cana both while we were out and especially while we were at Villa Pandora. Can't wait to go back and spend more time on Bavaro Beach and will definitely stay at Villa Pandora in the future.

Excellent family vacation

We were a family of 16 people ranging in age from 7 to 82 and the house worked perfectly for us. It was spacious with ample bathrooms and right on the beach. The staff were fantastic, always available and helpful. The property manager was just a text away. We opted for a full food plan and the meals were excellent. The food was plentiful, served exactly at the time we requested and delicious. The housekeeping, including laundry, kept things in good order even with 8 children in residence. We had a thoroughly enjoyable, easy, week-long family vacation and felt well cared for.

Great Location Perfect for Big Groups

We had a great stay at Villa Pandora. The house is set up perfectly for big groups that want to travel together but have their own space. The chef, housekeeping staff, butler and villa manager were all wonderful, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and fun. The only small issue was there were lots of flies around when there wasn't a breeze off of the ocean but there's not much that could have been done about that. Would definitely stay here again!

How did I enjoy my stay?, this is a yes and no answer. 1. The location was awesome, host, house staff and chef was super awesome 👌 👏. 2. The actual villa needs a major renovation. There was mold in the bathrooms, baby roaches crawling around, and 2 days without a/c on the first floor were guest spent most of their time on the second floor due to ac issues. 3. All furniture needs to be updated holes in pool furniture and and kitchen chairs. Please don't take pictures of misleading photos and post on VRBO as this is not fair to customers. Thanks Tera

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed at Villa Pandora for 7 days with family of all ages (from baby, to teenagers and grandparents) and everyone enjoyed their stay. Everything was outstanding, from the pre-vacation communications with Bodil to organise the stay (very responsive and helpful), to the villa itself (directly on the beach, AC very effective in each room which is a necessity especially in the summer, large pool, game room which was used by everyone, very clean), to the staff which was super nice and effective and kept the house clean at all times. We bought the all inclusive package for food and drinks and were not disappointed. Kudos for the chef as all meals were soooo good! For those who are wondering if there are seaweeds in the DR, there are, but it did not prevent us from swimming in the beautiful blue ocean or walking on the white sand beach. The beach is so large that you can walk for hours (the only downside is the constant solicitation on the beach for activities and other goods). I would definitely recommend Villa Pandora. Thank you for making this family vacation a success !

I can’t say enough positive things about this house. From booking it, to working with management company, to arriving and having staff- everything was perfect. The house is way bigger than the pictures showed. There are several layers to the house and different places to relax. Sitting on the deck and watching the ocean was my favorite thing to do. We were a group of 14 and all of us agreed this is one of the best experiences ever. We utilized the chef which I highly recommend. Makenzie assisted with our daily needs. As well as perio who helped coordinate excursions. The ladies that cleaned the house were so amazing. You are in a gated are. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Two are right there. You can walk the beach in either direction for quite a distance. There are several shops nearby. Definitely a great place to stay just book it- you won’t be disappointed.

The location and views are exactly as advertised. The views from the main and upper levels of the villa were gorgeous through the day and even at night . Place is safe ,clean with excellent amenities . The house itself met our needs - comfortable beds, each room had 1-2 bathrooms, 2 clean kitchens, a refreshing pool, a big speaker, and well-stocked table games on the ground floor. The swimming pool was well maintained and is an excellent addition to the fun. Pool table , ping pong table and other entertainment amenities were excellent. And the staff - Charo and Clary made the place clean the entire duration of our stay while being discreet when necessary and helpful when you needed them . Piero and Claudia our villa managers were extremely helpful - responding to every request promptly and delivering above expectations. And Chef Roidi was our man , every meal Chef made was on point - including BBQ, seafood pasta and Dominican chicken and all the breakfasts . We took the grocery service and the prices were very reasonable and the food provided was excellent quality including the juices , fruits etc . Overall we had a Wonderfull experience at this Villa and Punta Cana and definitely will recommend .

My birthday celebration

We had 16 family members 8 children between 4-11 and 8 adults. It was a trip we will always remember. I was a little afraid that there would not be enough to do with the children but that was not the case. we had plenty to do. We were greeted with open arms with our excellent staff. We can't say enough good things about them.Griselda helps interpret and helped us plan our week. She was always there to make sure everything was running smoothly. We wanted to take Charo home with us. She did things before we even asked .She was beyond fabulous !! Maria was there to help clean up . Our cook Roidy had the best meals with fresh fruits and vegetables and menu that the children even liked. We debated about an all inclusive meal plan or choosing our menu and I have to say the all inclusive worked for us. We could not take all 16 of us for dinner and we didn't have to figure out a menu everyday. We only booked one excursion before we arrived and my recommendation is to wait till you get there to book other events but we were not in busy season. My family loved every minute of it and can't wait to do another one of these trips. This staff is the best and I highly recommend using this villa Chris C

GREATEST VACATION YET!!

This was our first experience staying in a Villa in a foreign country, so it was an all new experience. Our son was getting married, and we had family and friends stay together at this gorgeous 8-bedroom Villa. The breathtaking views of Bávaro beach from the balconies are incredible. It was an ideal place for some pre-wedding photos and family photos in general!! Our chef, Roidy, was absolutely outstanding! Be sure to have breakfast at the Villa at a minimum. We had the Chef prepare a Dominican dinner on our last night and ate out on the balcony. It was absolutely magnificent!! The maids, Charo and Clary, were amazing and we came home from the beach or from excursions to find clean floors, clean bedding, fresh towels, and even our laundry done and folded!! It was beyond amazing! Claudia, the Villa Assistant Manager, took care of any need that arose throughout the entire week, from getting ice last minute, helping us find things around town, translating when we needed help, and basically assisting in any way we asked. She literally feels like family now and has been encouraged to come visit us in the States! This 8-bedroom Villa is gorgeous and inviting. The views from the balconies cannot be beat!! The home was huge and the pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool kept the younger guests and even the adults entertained. Truly a very special place, we cannot express how incredible the entire experience was! A complete dream come true!!

Excellent choice

The location was perfect there was no need to go off the grounds. The chef was excellent we all enjoyed the 3 meals a day. The house staff was courteous, they kept the house in order. The manager made sure all your needs were met. We had a all around great trip. We loved the house very roomy. The pool was so relaxing!!!

The location of this house was amazing, less than 50 feet from the beach. Seaweed was an issue but that is to be expected in early August. Overall, we felt very safe exploring the beach in both directions during daylight. There is a great inflatable waterpark at Melie Carib (about 12 minute walk) that was $20 per kid/per hour and well worth the cost!!! We went with the silver meal plan and were very happy. The food was delicious! We chose to let the chef pick the menu and it was all so good. The baked fish was our favorite!! Piero (on-site villa manager) was so helpful with planning all of our excursions and had great suggestions for us. He was able to arrange a bus for our group of 16 to go to Juanillo Beach with only 1 hour notice! The house was always clean, even with 10 kids. Pool is actually larger than it seems in pictures. It was an added bonus for the kids when we came back from beach or excursions. Looking forward to returning back to Punta Cana!!

I would give this a 5 star but we unknowingly came during algae season so while we were located on the beach, we couldn’t get to/in the water unless we took the 5 minutes beach walk to a an area that was cleaned.

Before moving to Punta Cana, I was playing golf professionally in Scandinavia and Europe at Challenge Tour level. From 2000, I began working in the traveling industry every winter season for Danish traveling agencies as a golf pro, representative and destination manager. In 2002, my travels took me to the Dominican Republic, where I settled down and bought Palmera Travel together with my wife, Rawnie Hansen. As the years went by, our company grew and expanded into Group Palmera. Today, we specialize in offering luxury vacation rental properties and customizing vacation packages for travelers from around the world.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of Villa Pandora, the beach and the views from the villa are spectacular! When the owner bought the villa, it was an older property that needed some work, so he did a complete renovation of the place. The 2nd major renovation was done in 2018 where a private swimming pool, a game room and solar panels were added. We're proud to have one of the only properties in Punta Cana that has solar panels providing clean energy for the villa.

Villa Pandora is located in Los Corales in the heart of Bavaro. You are within walking distance to so many restaurants (including the only vegan restaurant in Bavaro!), several bars, bakeries, cafes, mini markets, etc. Apart from that, you have a private beach area with private beach lounge chairs only for guests/residents of Los Corales.
