4BR - In town - walk to Restaurants, Shops, Trails [hot tub] family friendly

This townhouse is the perfect mountain home for our family because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so everyone has their own space. It also has 2-car heated attached garage which is amazing on snowy days to unload all your gear. We also love the location in both the summer and the winter. WIFI & Cable. It's an easy bus ride to the slopes and will drop you off right at the base of the mountain - or drive and park at the free lots. Then, for apre-ski, you're right in town to go out to dinner, bowling, shopping...In the summer, hideaway park is a hub for concerts, outdoor yoga classes and our kids love the playground. It so nice to have these options just steps away.

As frequent 'VRBOers' ourselves, we always struggled to balance our 'kid gear' with our outdoor gear. Therefore, this condo has many of the necessary items us parents need, including: highchairs (2), changing pad, video baby monitor, pack n' plays (2), just to name a few. We absolutely love to hike, mountain bike, ski and feel those activities just got a lot easier with having a 'fully stocked' mountain getaway.

Family Ski Trip

We picked Winter Park for our annual family ski trip this year. The condo worked out great for us. It had plenty of space for 6 adults and my 16 month old grandson. The furnishings for small children that were supplied definitely made things easier. A private hot tub steps from the condo is always a big plus. The shuttle bus stop and some local restaurants and the brewery were easy to walk to too.

Great place and location!

Chris was very helpful, the condo was very nice and very clean. The location you cannot beat! The only thing I would say is you could probably use a few more wine glasses but other than that everything was perfect, thank you!

Fantastic rental, great hosts

This was exactly as advertised - clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The communication with the hosts was well beyond expectations! The proximity to the town and the shuttle to the resort were a huge reason for our choice, and was all easily walkable.

Perfect Winter Park location

We enjoyed our stay for a spring break ski trip. The townhouse is in an excellent location. Walking distance to many of the local restaurants. There is a park nearby with a sledding hill that would be perfect for little ones. The owners were very helpful throughout the booking process, answering all our questions.

Why they chose this property

I love to snowboard and my husband loves to mountain bike so we wanted to find a location that would be awesome in both the winter and the summer. The location of this property was perfect for all seasons. Next to the town park, walkable to any restaurant in town, easy bus access via a bust stop 200 yards from the front door that will get you to and from the resort for free. Oh yeah, and I LOVE having a 2-car attached heated garage since I'm always unloading two kids, groceries, and gear. PLUS, there's tons of room for multiple families.

What makes this property unique

We've made significant upgrades over the last few years. Private HOT TUB & the entire unit has new carpet and paint along with a new couch in the summer of 2023. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with in-fridge filtered and chilled water. The two-car heated garage in winter and summer is a hit with guests, along with the 2 pack-n-plays, a video baby monitor, 2 booster seats, and gates for the stairs we've got you covered if you have kids. This townhome is unique in the area because it has two sizable decks complete with a grill for cooking out with friends.
