Our townhome is approximately 2300 square feet, four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, and sleeps nine people/two families comfortably. The unit is divided into three levels.

The main level includes a spacious family living and dining area with seating for 8. Flat screen tv with cable, a gas log stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings with a view of the slopes as you relax. If you choose to prepare meals at home, the fully equipped kitchen with is a joy. Spices, most condiments and a pantry stocked with the basics are available for your use. A breakfast bar with 3 stools provides additional seating. Just off the family living area is the deck, a large private hot tub which overlooks the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Mountains, a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Also on the main level are the two master suites. Each of the spacious master suites has a King Bed and walk-in closet. Each master bath has a walk-in shower, double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub is present in one of the suites.

The uppermost level has two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk and bedroom four, has a queen bed. A full bath and sitting area are also on the third floor

The entry level is comprised of the heated garage, storage, mud room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
