THIS HOME IS THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN AFFORDABILITY, COMFORT, CONVENIENCE, AND ACCOMMODATING.

This home has been arranged to accommodate MULTIPLE GUESTS comfortably on the inside and outside. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hybrid living room bedroom. It sleeps 8 comfortably(3 queen and 2 twins) but can sleep up to 10(pull out sofa, couch, air mattress) Plenty of furniture available in the living areas. High speed internet, and ROKU TV's in every room. Plenty of cooking utencils, more than we have in our own house!

This home has multiple options for outside cooking and entertaining with ample cookware. Located in the same area as the covered patio/grill area is a custom built HORSESHOE PIT. Bring a hammock to hang! In the garage you will find bago boards, washers, a portable volleyball net, and lawn chairs! Also for your use will be 2 KAYAKS. A sit on top wilderness ride and a sit in marvel liquid logic.

Just down the road on the way to the lake is the Chicken Creek General Store and Cafe. They have a cafe, live bait, non ethanol gas, and typical lake store stuff.

some nice amenities are a 5 BURNER GRILL, A POKER SET, FOLD OUT CIRCULAR TABLE, TV trays, A MASSAGE CHAIR, BOARD GAMES, DVD'S, ETC... There are TV's and ROKUS in all rooms!

The property has plenty of parking for your boat(s). You are welcome to park your boat at the house, just use your own judgement. Most guests park their boat at the house and there have been no issues! 4-wheel drive is recommended for trailering! BUT since the house is located on a sloped grated gravel road, included will be 2 outdoor boat parking spots at a boat and RV storage facility(corner of S 527 rd and Chicken Creek) towards the lake less than half a mile from the house. No Wake RV park and storage. see other things to note full details. 33983 S 527 road, cookson, OK is address. If coming from the highway, you will turn R onto S 527 road off Chicken Creek Road. The place will be to your immediate left. Once entering the gated outdoor parking area for boats and RV's, you will be facing a white house. you will turn left just past the house and The spots will be marked for "Chicken Creek Casa guests" with a sign on the fence. You do not have to check in or call anybody to park your boat. All necessary arrangements have been made.

OUTSIDE
On the outside, there will be ample parking available, plenty of room for the kids to play, and the main feature will be an oversized covered rock patio with an oversized picnic table. There will be plenty of seating available for outdoor relaxing, so no need to bring a lawnchair. You will have the option between a propane, charcoal, or flat iron grill.

INSIDE
The hybrid living room bedroom will be the first room entered as you open the door .Before opening the front door, you will walk up some stairs to a covered deck. This room has a queen bed. Also within this room is a couch with a fold out bed, a loveseat, a recliner, and a flat screen TV. As you exit this room, you will enter the main living area.

The main living area has a couch, loveseat, 2 recliners, and a flat screen TV. The living room was arranged so that if someone wanted to inflate a mattress and sleep in that area, they would have the room to do so. There will be an inflatable mattress available.

The kitchen has all the kitchen ware available to cook a large meal for many. plenty of cookware. It has a walk in pantry, a microwave, a small table, and a dishwasher. 6 or 7 tv trays will be available

The front bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet space, and a dresser. a flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, a full bathroom, a dresser, and a flat screen TV.

The last bedroom will have two twin beds, a small end table, and a flat screen TV. This room has been converted into a bedroom and is the back entry into the house.

Chicken Creek Store is a convenience/gas store located just outside the Chicken Creek campground on the way to the lake. it is ~ .5 miles from the house by the lake.

Another food option is the Frozen coop for walking tacos, pizza, and ice cream. I highly recommend!

Sixshooter and Cookson Bend Marina are a 10 minute or less drive by land or boat.

Dollar General and Covel Hardware is ~ 7 minute drive.
