This Beautiful 2 Bedroom home has it all, about 500 meters to restaurants, cafes, pubs, public transport, parks, UNSW. The hospitals and the spot in Randwick are only about 1km away. Situated up a flight of stairs, this elevated ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is set in a very central location and can accommodate different sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms can have a King bed or 2 single beds, so great for families or Professionals travelling for work, both bedrooms come with wardrobes, Bedroom 1 has a TV. The open plan living area has a reverse cycle air-conditioner and a very comfortable chase lounge with TV, stereo, Unlimited Internet, the dining room has a ceasarstone dining table and off the dining room leads out to the balcony area. Both Bedrooms and Lounge room have ceiling fans with remote controls. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, microwave, rice cooker and gas stove The laundry has a washing machine and dryer with laundry powder. There is 3 visitors parking spots, if these spots are taken then there is plenty of parking available on the street. The apartment was clean, large, well stocked with some grocery items and easy access to a nice cafe and grocery store. The landlord was very attentive to any needs we had. Great place for our family.

Thanks Peter, as you know it was emergency building works that was going on and they had to use the parking spaces during that time for 8 days as per the instructions sent to you which come from the building strata
The property met all of our expectations. All communication pre arrival was prompt annd professional and the process of checking in worked extremely well. The property was kitted out to a very high standard with everything that we needed for our short stay. There is nothing that we could complain about and indeed would have no hesitation in recommending it to others visiting Sydney and the surrounding area.In fact, we are heading there again soon for another short stay which we are looking forward to.Many thanks Brendon for being such a fabulous host. I’m sure we’ll be back again in the near future.

A little charm in a quiet area, not too far from light rail. Comfortable home, well equipped kitchen, wifi great, washer. It'd be a big plus in the bathtub if a grab bar is added. A great short out to Brendon who sent help

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working at UNSW. The location was perfect, close to the uni, public transit, shops and restaurants. The apartment had all of the amenities I needed - cooking equipment, laundry, etc. The building is a little loud, but never it never happened at inappropriate hours to disturb me.
Kingsford is just outside Sydney; it takes one bus (25 min ride) to the Harbor where Opera House is. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential one. Brendon's place is a cute 2 bedroom condo, perfect for 3 of us. Check in was easy. There were all the essentials in the condo including some cooking ingredients - oil, salt, pepper etc, not to mention coffee and tea. Just a short walk down from his place, there is a main street and we found all kinds of restaurants there. Great place for the money.

Kingsford is in Sydney, it is about 15 to 20 minutes to Central station in the city and about another 10 minutes to get to the other side of the city (harbour bridge and opera house)
We enjoyed 6 months of Sydney living in this property. The location is superb with easy access to a myriad of bus (and soon Light Rail) routes.
Grocery stores are close by with an IGA four blocks away or Coles & Woolies up in Royal Randwick Plaza, about 14 minute walk (or you can grab the 400 or 357 bus if you prefer).
We walked to Coogee Beach weekly sometimes daily as the property is a short walk to the Bondi Coogee Walk.
Communication with the owner is great. Any issues Brendon was quick to sort out. As our home away from home, it was ideal.

Could not remove padlock containing combination lock from rail following instructions. Arrived late after some hassle in getting to accommodation so ended up leaving mechanism where we found it after removing keys.
Shower over bath and slippery getting in and out. Landlord excellent in response in supplying bath mat when asked for.

I spoke to you before you arrived and offered to meet with you to give you the keys and take you in the apartment knowing that you are an older couple but did not want that and the lock box was fine. You did not call either to say you had problems with the lock box, I am only 10 minutes away and could help.
You where the first person to mention that the shower was slippery and we went and bought a non slip matt and got it to you within an hour.
It was a pleasure to stay in Meeks Street :-). Brendon give us all help we need.
Not so far from CBD, harbour and the beaches. The right place for a Sydney Trip.

The unit was clean, aesthetically pleasing, beds comfortable, walking distance to shops
The owner, Brendan, was professionally friendly & when there was an issue (only one) he came over as soon as he could (within) half an hour & fixed it. Everything we needed was available in the unit (including toiletries) but we brought our own. Very impressed with everything & will definitely stay there again in the future

Why they chose this property
The reason why I bought this apartment was it's location. Being in the Eastern Suburbs, you are spoilt for choice with the Best City Beaches in the world and the closest beach only 3kms away There is beautiful parklands close by, several shopping centres, shops, restaraunts, bars, cafes, everywhere Kingsford is only 10 to 15 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes by light rail or buses to the city, close to the sporting stadiums such as Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), Allianz Stadium. UNSW is only 500 meters away The Royal Randwick, Royal womens and Childrens hospitals are just on 1km away You also have the Royal Randwick race track which holds all the horse races and other events As you can see, Kingsford is a very central spot
