Easy drive to the waterfront on Sandusky Bay on Lake Erie, the Walleye Capital of the World, Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, Cedar Point Sports Center, Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point, ferries to Kelleys, and South Bass Island/Put-in-Bay and daytrip adventures.

There is so much to do here and all along the shores of the Western Basin of Lake Erie within an easy driving distance. Many close, fun wineries, eateries, and bars to partake in your own nautical driving, biking, walking, boating adventures in Sandusky, and nearby Vermillion, Marblehead, Port Clinton, Catawba Islands and the Lake Erie Islands. We are from Dublin, OH but also enjoy lake life in Sandusky, Marblehead, Catawba Islands the Erie Islands. We love sailboating, jet skiing, swimming and just hanging at Baypoint Reaort. There are endless, super fun places to go all over the Western Basin shores.
We love what is going on in downtown Sandusky too- even though it is city life, we feel very safe walking around in the downtown waterfront area. We like that there is an abundance of free parking.

We are also very close to Cedar Point and multiple sports parks/fascilities.

This entire area is one of Ohio’s gems with Lake Erie sandy bottom beaches nearby.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to invest in Downtown Sandusky because the city is doing great things. There is so much to do in this Sandusky Waterfront city and surrounding lakefront communities nearby like Vermillion, Marblehead, Catawba Island/Port Clinton and the nearby Lake Erie Islands like Kelley’s, Put-in Bay and Middle Bass Islands feom fishing, boating, sports parks and fabulous places to partake in your own nautical tour.

What makes this property unique

Our place comfortably sleeps 10 with 5 queen beds. It has multiple places to hangout. We love our three- season front porch too! Although traditional and with a nautical vibe, we have your comfort in mind with lots of group seating to make lasting and joyful memories.
